About Our Biennial Conference
The Bahamas Association of School Counsellors will host its Inaugural Biennial Conference on February 18–19, 2026, bringing together school counsellors, educators, university partners, and community stakeholders from across The Bahamas for two days of professional development, collaboration, and inspiration.
Under the theme “Change Agents: Empowering Futures,” the conference will focus on:

Over 130 school counsellors, representing 44,000 students across the Family Islands and New Providence, are expected to attend.
The conference will also serve as a key platform for the presentation of the National School Counsellors Week Awards, recognizing counsellors for ethical excellence, innovation, advocacy, and service.
